Hampton Inn Atmore

The staff was very nice and helpful. We went to leave our room and the door did not lock. I notified the front desk and they moved us to the room next door.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hampton Inn By Hilton is what we like to use. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy.

It was in serious need of cleaning. I requested a room with a tub because I take baths. The tub was visibly dirty. I used my own sanitizing wipes to clean the GRIME from the tub before I could use it. GROSS!

We have a dog and were aware the hotel was pet friendly. What we did not know that their fee was $75. This is by far the most we have ever paid. We will obviously never stay at this hotel again.

No everything was very nice it was a very nice day we were late checking out almost by an hour and they didn't say anything they just try to help us they're good people

It was my 4th night staying in a hotel and this one felt much cleaner than the places I stayed the previous 3 nights . Reasonable rate comparable to what I payed at less nice places.

Nope, it was a good value with good breakfast.

It was very close to the casino and cheaper.

They booked our room right beside where workers were remodeling and they began working and making noise at 8am on Saturday morning.

Some of the details need to be tightened up. Replace caulking in bathroom it did look old. I wondered about the construction because I could hear people walking around very heavy footed from multiple locations(room above and a few rooms down the hall.

My television never worked automatically. I had to turn it on and off manually, as well as I have to control the volume manually. Not sure if it was the control box of the cable of what.Other than that things were OK in our room. We had no other complaint

The breakfast items were not properly prepared; Eggs were lumpy as was the oatmeal. Room floor was not cleaned and room was very dark. Room 221 bathroom door was scraping on the new tile floor and was hard to move.

The tub fills up with water passed ankles when showering and a light is out in our room.

The rooms had comfortable beds and were nice and clean. They also offered hot breakfast and were close to fast food chains.

Walls are to thin people in adjoining room we’re just t like there in the same room as you. You can also hear every step the people above you make.

The breakfast bar was excellent. Many choices for those who are healthy conscious. Beds very comfortable and cleanliness of room was except able. Great price for the room and location is near to many convenient places in the area.

I woke up to ants in my food and in my bed. Very dissapointed. I have health issues requiring me to eat on time. I woke up at 6:00 a.m to take meds and eat breakfast and there were ants in my food and bed which we received several bites from.

The staff was wearing masks but the guests were not. Obviously Hampton inn isn’t requiring people to wear masks and that’s not cool!

Curtains did NOT close making it impossible to sleep due to constant lights of passing cars.
