- The hotel was clean, staff were friendly accommodating and responded quickly.
- Staff was rude, hotel was dirty, pool was not usable because it was too cold. Bought my own towels and toilet paper because the staff was too rude to ask
- They worked with us to get adjoining rooms and gave me a discount on a weekly rate during a medical emergency during the Christmas weekend.
Cons -
- Not the hotels fault, but a reality of location is that with high winds the internet connection can be a little choppy.
