- The hot tub was great and the room was clean
- The location walking distance from downtown and the waterfront is great. Hotel employee is really responsive and does a great job with the 'extras' - there were muffins, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, etc. available which was a nice treat.
- The lodging is right in Seward which was convenient. Hotel employee was fantastic as a host. The rooms were clean and finely appointed and decorated. Every detail was thought out for guests. There is a full kitchen, also.

- The owner, Debra was very creepy. She just barged in on the second day. Just because you own a place doesn?t mean you can walk in when ppl pay to stay there. She?s like a crazy troll invading privacy. I left 2 days early because she made me uncomfortable
- I stayed in the 'studio' which I would consider to be more of a private room than a true studio since there wasn't a kitchen (only a mini fridge and microwave). I should have read the details more closely, but I found the name to be a bit misleading.
- The price was a bit high, I thought. And the contract ended up being more than I had thought. I did not realize the final price until I had booked.
