This seasonal Seward, Alaska lodge offers rooms with Alaskan-style log furniture, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. The lodge is on the Resurrection River with views of the nearby Chugach Mountains. Rooms at The Seward Windsong Lodge offer free Wi-Fi, full private bathroom and a coffee maker. The spacious rooms at the lodge are fully carpeted, heated and have exterior entrances. The Resurrection Roadhouse Restaurant is part of the Seward Lodge and features breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guest can enjoy fresh Alaskan seafood at the restaurant, which also features beer and wine. The lodge is at the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park, while Seward Water Front Park is a short walk from the lodge. Guests can also arrange to go for boat rides, and on nature trails and hiking tours. The Seward Windsong offers a free transport service to and from the Seward train depot, the Seward Small Boat Harbour, and downtown areas.

Pros +
- Nice outdoorsy feel. Liked that transportation and shuttles were available and the knowledge of the drivers to give us some history and tips.
- Clean and comfortable room and excellent service.
- Beautiful location away from the tourist areas but close to the glacier. They upgraded us to one of 3 new buildings which was very nice and clean. Restaurant on property was very convenient.
Cons -
- The restaurant was below par for selection, preparation and taste. We we're not impressed! We never ate there again over the 4 days we were there and did not recommend it.
- Limited parking in front of the buildings because the guests double park.
- The sink was in the main room rather than the bathroom. But everything was still kept very clean.
