- Friendly staff, full size appliances. Ice in the room.
- The staff were so nice and totally accommodating...
- Across the street from the airport ferry & Alaska Marine Highway dock. Grocery store next door. Sat back from the main road. Plenty of parking and visible. Safe location. Waterview... could see cruise ships as they arrive! Great room darkening shades.
Cons -
- Wish it had breakfast or a shuttle. Also the shower didn't have shampoo. Easy fix. But they don't just clean your room every day. In fact they didn't clean my room at all. I requeatrd the shampoo and it was fixed. But just the shampoo.

- Front desk morning attendant was lacking keys (his words) to get into the supply room that had plain creamers for coffee. All that was available was sweet flavored artificial creamer. Had to ask for creamer to begin with - nothing was available.
