- Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed.
- The front desk was helpful and kind
- Bed firm, efficient staff, pick up and drop off from ferry and airport!!

- The evening driver was very nasty rude and said things about kids that should not have been said.
- Disappointed that the restaurant was shut down, necessitating that we had to drive to other dining places.
