The security door in the front getting emails to get in

Richard, the on-site manager, was very responsive, kind, and eager to please. My room was clean, there was hot water, the heat worked, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the apartments is very convenient to the grocery store and other shops. Other reveiws have called it overpriced, which it might be anywhere else, but by Fairbanks standards it was pretty in-line.

I arrived at 1am and the information I had received by email for how to get the key to my room turned out to be incorrect, so I had to make a couple of phone calls to get Richard to come help me get into my room. The next day, my keys stopped working and I had to call Richard again to come bring me a new set. The second night, I woke repeatedly between 1-3am to someone talking loudly. I finally got up to investigate and there was a woman lying on the ground in the hallway outside my room, having been locked out of her room (unclear if she had tried to reach Richard or was just waiting till the morning), passing the time by talking on the phone. I asked her to end her conversation or take it downstairs rather than directly outside my door, but she said it was too cold downstairs, which was probably true...the heat was not working right in the hallways the whole time I was there. Also, it's a little inaccurate to say there are kitchen facilities. There were (uncleaned) microwaves in hallways and the lobby lounge, along with a lobby sink and some hotplates and stuff stored on some shelves, but there was really nowhere to put them out and set them up and cook.

Very nice very nice. The location. shopping and visiting. Walking distance to everywhere. I absolutely love the shower and the shampoos and conditioners

The fact that everything had to be done online and they're needed to be more of an emergency number for somebody to help us get in the building because it was very cold out I know everything is online these days but for elderly people who don't know much about electronics it's hard for us that's all thank you

The room was very comfortable and bed was comfy
