- I got lost on my way to the hotel from Fairbanks, AK airport. It was late. Very late and I was feeling very anxious. I called the hotel and the clerk was so helpful and reassuring. She stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. Thank you!!
- I could not have chosen a better hotel! The entire hotel was very clean and and updated. As a 1st time traveler in Alaska, I appreciated the assistance from the staff for everything, especially finding a tour for the northern lights which were amazing!

- The hallway carpet has a couple of stains ( 3rd floor) that need addressing and elevator floor not alway clean.
