- the breakfast was very good. customer service was very good. it was better than the 3 star hotel that i stayed in
- It is a convenient location, and the price was low.
- The hotel staff was really nice
Cons -
- The room had several needed repairs. Broken shower curtain, broken bathroom faucet and a cracked window. There was a $100 deposit for incidentals...like what towel stealing? The carpet was very dirty. The free breakfast had no meat the second morning.
- When we got there the bathtub was half full and the toilet wouldn?t flush all the way so we had to ask for a plunger it looked like the plumbing is old maybe just in that room
- Every stairway the hotel had an odor. The floors and stairways were dirty. They didn't clean my room and didn't explain that I had to ask for the service. When I did ask I still didn't get housekeeping service. I had to ask for new towels and TP.
