- A/C had gone out but with fans and balcony window open, we were definitely cool enough.
- This particular trip, the air had gone out in the hotel. The room was extremely warm and I was unable to get any real sleep. Road noise from 5th Avenue is too loud to sleep with the window open. Unfortunate event, no fault of the staff.

Rooms overlook the Cook Inlet, walking distance to anything downtown, and only 10 minutes from the airport.
Had issues with the air conditioning/heat. Had to sleep with outside door open.
