- Our first room was over 80 degrees. Second room 64 degrees. Garbage in garbage can. Coffee stirrer on the floor. If there was a fire there would be no exit out the window because they put things in the window to prevent them from going up.

- We refused to stay there, it was like a flophouse. The room smelled of urine and the A/C blew heat out.
