The pool was small Handicap accessible bathroom shower has no barrier so every show left the bathroom floor extremely wet which could have resulted in a fall

My room temperature would not adjust. It stayed at 73 regardless of the settings. There was no ice machine on my floor. The hotel was not full; why would you put a guest on a floor without ice? The lamp was broken.
