I loved all of the on-site amenities, super helpful staff and ceiling fans! Ways something to do, outdoor adult only heated pool. Indoor heated pool, hot tub. Wine and cheese midday, cookie making, kareoke, etc.I requested cookie sheets for baking Santa's cookies, they brought me 2! I couldve requested a Christmas Tree for our room but they were all spoken for by the time I learned this.We are hot sleepers that need white noise. The ceiling fans saved us!

The size of the accommodation, the quiet, the location and its a beautiful place.
Property was very clean , staff was friendly. Apartment was okay but on the last two day we had people moving in the apartment above us and it was extremely noisy, you can hear when they walk or go to the toilet or any other couple activities. We have been thinking to go home and don’t stay the last night . I will not stay there again . But if you like to stay it is a good value. The pool was a little far for us to walk too . Kitchen was nice equipped and very clean .
Loved loved this place. Location great and very quiet. Kids loved indoor pool and bingo. Will stay here again

I stay in Branson a lot. I have a favorite place that is newer. It was booked. This one was great! I do think the carpet needs pulled. But it was so great. Location, amenities, everything.
The people at Rate Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Branson are really passionate about customer care! Debbie from the front desk provided exceptional service for my Mom and Dad during their untimely dilemmas. She went above and beyond with making sure they had a clean room available and which provided them with comfort from their traveling. The breakfast they serve there is simply stunning! I would highly recommend visiting this hotel often because of quality service, rooms and amenities! 10 out 10!!

Quiet, good beds, friendly staff
Great location, easy access to wherever we decided to go. Cobbler, ice cream and cookies available in the evenings makes a delicious after show snack! The entire staff was very friendly and offered assistance for whatever we needed. Not once did anyone say 'not my job to do that'!
Outstanding! The rooms were very clean & smelled clean! The staff is friendly & helpful & the food was excellent. This was our second stay & our next trip to Branson will be our third stay!

Clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Loved the lobby. Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast we weren't real crazy about. The waffles were good but the biscuit and gravy we didnt like. Had a weird taste. But others were eating them. Over all we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay again.

Never been to Branson---my daughter and I loved the city and readily agreed we would book with Rosebud again without hesitation!We stayed Dec 22-27, 2025.
We were very happy with our stay & plan to book here again in the future. Really liked & felt comfortable with front desk staff, Rose - very helpful & pleasant! Very good location - close to everything we wanted to see or go to. The air conditioner also worked extremely well - something very important to me & my friend, & something that is hard to come by in most hotels.
This was our second stay at Rosebud Inn.I originally picked it because of price but after staying there I’ve decided it is a favorite. The staff is very nice , all the way from check in to check out. Our room was very clean. We travel with our medically fragile son and there was plenty of space in our room for his equipment. The bed was comfortable. Parking was close to the door so we didn’t have to carry stuff a long way. They do have luggage carts as well.The breakfast was ok. The basic hotel breakfast but the waffles were amazing!! The young lady tending to the breakfast bar area was super helpful. They have an elevator and they have centrally located stairs. The grounds are even tidy. Very centrally located to all the activities in town. So we will be returning.

Great location, easy access to wherever we decided to go. Cobbler, ice cream and cookies available in the evenings makes a delicious after show snack! The entire staff was very friendly and offered assistance for whatever we needed. Not once did anyone say 'not my job to do that'!

We have stayed here two times. The location is great, right on the main road, next to Tanger Outlets and near restaurants and attractions. We have never used the pool. The place is a little older but comfortably and cozy. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great! We highly recommend this hotel.

I loved all of the on-site amenities, super helpful staff and ceiling fans! Ways something to do, outdoor adult only heated pool. Indoor heated pool, hot tub. Wine and cheese midday, cookie making, kareoke, etc.I requested cookie sheets for baking Santa's cookies, they brought me 2! I couldve requested a Christmas Tree for our room but they were all spoken for by the time I learned this.We are hot sleepers that need white noise. The ceiling fans saved us!

The size of the accommodation, the quiet, the location and its a beautiful place.
Property was very clean , staff was friendly. Apartment was okay but on the last two day we had people moving in the apartment above us and it was extremely noisy, you can hear when they walk or go to the toilet or any other couple activities. We have been thinking to go home and don’t stay the last night . I will not stay there again . But if you like to stay it is a good value. The pool was a little far for us to walk too . Kitchen was nice equipped and very clean .

Property was very clean , staff was friendly. Apartment was okay but on the last two day we had people moving in the apartment above us and it was extremely noisy, you can hear when they walk or go to the toilet or any other couple activities. We have been thinking to go home and don’t stay the last night . I will not stay there again . But if you like to stay it is a good value. The pool was a little far for us to walk too . Kitchen was nice equipped and very clean .

Wonderful stay! I didn't book enough nights with my original reservation and Ashlynn at the front desk was exceptional at getting things straightened out for me with the rooms being booked to capacity. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Thumbs up!

Quiet, good beds, friendly staff
Great location, easy access to wherever we decided to go. Cobbler, ice cream and cookies available in the evenings makes a delicious after show snack! The entire staff was very friendly and offered assistance for whatever we needed. Not once did anyone say 'not my job to do that'!
