Beach shuttle and location.
The only decent thing about this hotel is how close it is to the beach without being right on the beach. It is a quick 5 min drive to the beach.

Spacious 2 bathroom suite. Great pool. Great location.
It's a very relaxed room that is more like having your own apartment. It would have been easy to get comfortable if not for the downsides.

Top Tips
- Reserve beachfront rooms in Bonita Springs 60 to 90 days before the November–April peak, when rates rise and room availability drops for 'snowbird' months and major holidays. Confirm your booking early if you want specific views or accessible room types, as premium inventory can fill quickly.
- Check your hotel's cancellation and rebooking policy during hurricane season (June 1 to November 30); some properties require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for weather-related changes. Consider trip insurance covering named storms to protect non-refundable payments.
- Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is 20 to 30 minutes by car from central Bonita Springs. Confirm the estimated transfer time with your hotel for arrivals after 20:00, as shuttle and rideshare wait times can increase in the evening.
- Hotels with private beach access or on-site shuttle service to Lovers Key or Barefoot Beach save 15 to 45 minutes compared to public parking during peak hours. Confirm shuttle frequency with your property, especially if traveling with children or mobility needs.
- Request a detailed nightly folio to include all resort, parking, and incidental fees before confirming your booking. Total extra charges can reach $15 to $65 per night at peak hotels in Bonita Springs.
- Florida state hotel tax and Lee County transient/tourist tax are typically added to your booking, often totaling 11 to 12%. Ask your hotel for the current rate to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Bonita Springs lacks robust public transport for resort and beach routes. Plan for a rental car or schedule a rideshare, especially for evening trips or guests with accessibility needs, as routes rarely run after 19:00.
- During storm season, confirm your hotel's on-site backup power and which areas, such as elevators and common rooms, will remain powered during outages. This is essential for guests with medical equipment or special mobility requirements.
- Tap water in Bonita Springs is potable. If you have allergies, ask hotel staff about ingredient lists and kitchen procedures for local seafood dishes, as cross-contact may occur even at top resorts.
