The location was the only good thing. We were close to everything. The hotel smelled of mold, we had to change rooms twice, and they had roaches and they never once apologized for any problems.

The first thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness, and Sonesta Simply Suites in Huntsville was extremely clean and well maintained. I didn't have to ask for anything. Everything I needed was well stocked in the room upon arrival.
Safe area, this is located in the research Park where there are no other businesses, no place to eat, no place to walk to. That is good and bad. But certainly very safe.

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in all of my years of travel. It smelled like hundred-year-old cigarettes before you even walked in the door, and I had to cover my mouth going down the hallway to my room because the smell was so bad.

Clean room and staff's helpfulness
The location was the only good thing. We were close to everything. The hotel smelled of mold, we had to change rooms twice, and they had roaches and they never once apologized for any problems.

The rooms were large with nearly a nice kitchenette. They had been updated at some point but are now showing some age.
The first thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness, and Sonesta Simply Suites in Huntsville was extremely clean and well maintained. I didn't have to ask for anything. Everything I needed was well stocked in the room upon arrival.
Safe area, this is located in the research Park where there are no other businesses, no place to eat, no place to walk to. That is good and bad. But certainly very safe.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. We felt very safe.
Finding out they over sold rooms so I had to check out early was the best part.

The size of the room was awesome like 1 br efficiency. Keurig coffee machine and coffee in the room was wonderful! Not a complimentary breakfast, A La Carte was available for cost. Free coffee and juice. Entrance doors locked at night!
