The beach was fantastic. Hotel is well located to nightlife, shopping and restaurants. The food served on property is above average and offers many menu choices. The restaurant staff at the Deck Bar and LeCap were top notch.

This hotel had very beautiful, lush grounds that were very well cared for. The hotel room, all are sites, have beautiful views and are very large and comfortable. The beach is very calm. The two evening bartenders in La Joya were the best!!
The staff at this hotel is 5 star. Every employee we interacted with friendly and helpful. We had a couple requests and one maintenance issue that was addressed promptly. The property was spotless. The beach is clean and groomed.

The safety. There was always someone by the front door and not anyone could drive up the ramp to the hotel entrance, not even grub hub or tour buses. That made us feel safe.

I enjoyed having the fully stocked kitchen and stove to cook. When your a family with kids trying to save money, it¿s great to have the amenities in order to cook. I also enjoyed that room service provided us a playpen sleeping bed for our baby.
Staff was rude, site stated they offered free face mask due to it being mandatory when not in rooms. Staff offered mask to some and not to others, very prejudice. The guest there were most likely people who had timeshares, old, wanted you to be quiet 10p

Spacious pools - not packed and fairly easy to get chairs (no waking up at the break of dawn). Pool servers and restaurant staff were AMAZING - if it was not for them our vacation would have not been great at all.

Multiple pools, since one closed due to some illness,etc. I also liked the multiple DJ?s and silent jam sessions on Thursday.

If Cancun is shaped like an enormous number 7, then this unbroken string of gleaming white beaches makes up most of the leg. Room size and cleanliness were pretty good, A/C worked fine, bed, linens, refrigerator, TV all worked fine. Room well equipped. Staffs in 3rd floor were helpful, but downstairs staffs in counter were not trustworthy.
I really liked their staff, they were attentive to our needs and very accommodating.
