I love the location of this resort. It's a big resort with all the amenities of a big resort but somehow has a small resort feel.
The staff were very attentive to our needs especially the bellboy, who took very good care of us from beginning to end, the food was fantastic, the shows were great, the place was beautiful!

It is directly across the street from the ferry, Captain Hook dinner shop and a 7-19min walk to o Playa Langosta beach.
The advertisement presented as a clean and good place to stay. When there physically, it was awful. There was no wifi in the rooms. I missed a driver that tried to reach me on the first day.

This hotel had very beautiful, lush grounds that were very well cared for. The hotel room, all are sites, have beautiful views and are very large and comfortable. The beach is very calm. The two evening bartenders in La Joya were the best!!
The staff at this hotel is 5 star. Every employee we interacted with friendly and helpful. We had a couple requests and one maintenance issue that was addressed promptly. The property was spotless. The beach is clean and groomed.
Rooms are very poor, very bad conditions. looks like a haunted house. They spend a lot of money on the lobby and less importances to the rooms.

Great location in Hotel Zone. The hotel has beautiful beach access and a really nice pool area. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The Marina is in front of the hotel and the Puerto Cancun Golf Course is just a few yards.

The safety. There was always someone by the front door and not anyone could drive up the ramp to the hotel entrance, not even grub hub or tour buses. That made us feel safe.
