This hotel had very beautiful, lush grounds that were very well cared for. The hotel room, all are sites, have beautiful views and are very large and comfortable. The beach is very calm. The two evening bartenders in La Joya were the best!!
The staff at this hotel is 5 star. Every employee we interacted with friendly and helpful. We had a couple requests and one maintenance issue that was addressed promptly. The property was spotless. The beach is clean and groomed.
Rooms are very poor, very bad conditions. looks like a haunted house. They spend a lot of money on the lobby and less importances to the rooms.

Vip check in( pyramid level) and that staff was great Lobby bar staff and booze selection was good too - marketplace buffet and Maki Taco was actually great! It?s a 2 1/2 star place is my option - I did have a good time, I did but- see below

Only 20-30 minutes from airport. Large mall located across street with lots of food options. Room cleaned daily and clean towels added. Good security, guards at entrance, key card needed to access elevator, will only work for your floor and pool access.

Rooms are very poor, very bad conditions. looks like a haunted house. They spend a lot of money on the lobby and less importances to the rooms.
