The location was amazing! I LOVED walking through the jungle! It is large enough that you can be away from the crowds or you can hang out in The Plaza and listen to the music.
The best of this resort was 1.) food quality and variety 2.) customer service 3.) cleanliness. We are vegetarians and most definitely found few vegan vegetarian options in all restaurants. Each building has its own ambassador for that building guests!!!

One of the Riviera Maya's top shopping destinations, Playa del Carmen has its own Fifth Avenue. Here it's called Quinta Avenida, and it's a pedestrian-only strip lined with souvenir shops, laid-back bars and tree-shaded restaurants. At night it has a street-party atmosphere. The beaches here are stunning, with wide swaths of sand disappearing into the azure waters. If you're headed to Cozumel, you can catch the frequent ferries in Playa del Carmen. Cancun International Airport is 35 miles north.

About 20 miles from Cancun and Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos shares a lot with its better-known neighbors, including miles of beautiful beaches. What this former fishing village in the northern section of the Riviera Maya doesn't have is the crowds.
