We liked everything, first was your front desk people Carolyn checked us in very sweet and helpful, really everyone we encountered could not have been any nicer, your doing something right with Drury Staff. The room quiet, clean and beds comfortable. My hubby enjoyed the fresh popcorn, we didn’t partake of drinks, dinner or deserts, we only stayed one nite and were busy off to a party that night. We did enjoy breakfast in the morning the food was hot and very good again your staff could not be more helpful. We are from Clearwater Fla and came to visit friends for the holidays, I have friends in Clearwater that come to stay at your location during hurricanes so we also will be joining them. Thank you again Drury, we are fans.
The hotel is well located next to Universal Studio and nice restaurants around. They offer free popcorn and soda in the afternoon. The bed is so comfortable and the room is spacious. The staff is professional and nice. Free parking. We will be back. I recommend it.

The location was good
Property appearance was very clean. Enough parking space for everybody. Good breakfast. All hallway are neat and tidy. Facility laundry room is organized. Room are very spacious. Everyday housekeeping. Bed was tidied up and bathroom was cleaned. I felt comfortable and happy with my room. The color combination is in harmony.
Quiet room, easy parking, great location and not too close to the street. I was allowed to check in early, room offers plenty of space, and the AC made it a penguin habitat - my favorite part.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic.Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.

Love love LOVE the pools, atmosphere, and activities here. Great place for families with kids of all ages. There’s two large pools, two spas, a splash pad, a water park area, and even a completely sunshade covered kiddie pool area. The amenities alone will be what brings us back

Great stay at a great hotel! Front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. Hotel was clean from the front entrance all through the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the shower/tub did not drain properly and at the end of my shower, I was in mid-calf standing water. Breakfast was okay, but it seemed like the staff gave up on replenishing food about an hour before the end of serving time. This happened both days we were there. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend it to all of my friends.

Staff were very helpful and polite!
The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

You literally cannot beat the location or the price. We were looking for a hotel near Universal, and most hotels around were expensive for the quality. I can’t believe we found this hotel AND it was exceptional in value. Only about 13 minutes or so from the parks, and there were tons of stores and town centers near by. Not to mention it was also in a pretty affluent area, so the vibe of the place was really luxurious.

Breakfast was okay, but it seemed like the staff gave up on replenishing food about an hour before the end of serving time. This happened both days we were there. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend it to all of my friends.

We liked everything, first was your front desk people Carolyn checked us in very sweet and helpful, really everyone we encountered could not have been any nicer, your doing something right with Drury Staff. The room quiet, clean and beds comfortable. My hubby enjoyed the fresh popcorn, we didn’t partake of drinks, dinner or deserts, we only stayed one nite and were busy off to a party that night. We did enjoy breakfast in the morning the food was hot and very good again your staff could not be more helpful. We are from Clearwater Fla and came to visit friends for the holidays, I have friends in Clearwater that come to stay at your location during hurricanes so we also will be joining them. Thank you again Drury, we are fans.
The hotel is well located next to Universal Studio and nice restaurants around. They offer free popcorn and soda in the afternoon. The bed is so comfortable and the room is spacious. The staff is professional and nice. Free parking. We will be back. I recommend it.

Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic.Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.

Great stay at a great hotel! Front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. Hotel was clean from the front entrance all through the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the shower/tub did not drain properly and at the end of my shower, I was in mid-calf standing water. Breakfast was okay, but it seemed like the staff gave up on replenishing food about an hour before the end of serving time. This happened both days we were there. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend it to all of my friends.

We liked everything, first was your front desk people Carolyn checked us in very sweet and helpful, really everyone we encountered could not have been any nicer, your doing something right with Drury Staff. The room quiet, clean and beds comfortable. My hubby enjoyed the fresh popcorn, we didn’t partake of drinks, dinner or deserts, we only stayed one nite and were busy off to a party that night. We did enjoy breakfast in the morning the food was hot and very good again your staff could not be more helpful. We are from Clearwater Fla and came to visit friends for the holidays, I have friends in Clearwater that come to stay at your location during hurricanes so we also will be joining them. Thank you again Drury, we are fans.
The hotel is well located next to Universal Studio and nice restaurants around. They offer free popcorn and soda in the afternoon. The bed is so comfortable and the room is spacious. The staff is professional and nice. Free parking. We will be back. I recommend it.

This property is great for it's location to the convention center. It's definitely walkable. I also love the free washer/dryer on each floor and the kitchen. The game room is very kid friendly. They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well. Staff is friendly.

We liked the amenities, the Golf course, the Steak house A Land Remembered, the gym. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable.

Great hotel, has everything I needed and more
The hotel was big, lots of space, modern, and included many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, but wished the hot tub water temperature was hotter. It was only lukewarm warm. The restaurants offered delicious meals. The staff service were all excellent.

Love love LOVE the pools, atmosphere, and activities here. Great place for families with kids of all ages. There’s two large pools, two spas, a splash pad, a water park area, and even a completely sunshade covered kiddie pool area. The amenities alone will be what brings us back

It’s was clean, the water & evening tea station is a nice touch. The gym was great and space in our room to stretch was really nice. It was very quiet in the room despite being so close to the airport. I figured we may hear air traffic but I didn’t hear any at all which was really amazing. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything, first was your front desk people Carolyn checked us in very sweet and helpful, really everyone we encountered could not have been any nicer, your doing something right with Drury Staff. The room quiet, clean and beds comfortable. My hubby enjoyed the fresh popcorn, we didn’t partake of drinks, dinner or deserts, we only stayed one nite and were busy off to a party that night. We did enjoy breakfast in the morning the food was hot and very good again your staff could not be more helpful. We are from Clearwater Fla and came to visit friends for the holidays, I have friends in Clearwater that come to stay at your location during hurricanes so we also will be joining them. Thank you again Drury, we are fans.

You literally cannot beat the location or the price. We were looking for a hotel near Universal, and most hotels around were expensive for the quality. I can’t believe we found this hotel AND it was exceptional in value. Only about 13 minutes or so from the parks, and there were tons of stores and town centers near by. Not to mention it was also in a pretty affluent area, so the vibe of the place was really luxurious.

Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic.Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.
