I liked that it was on the top floor, and that I couldn't hear the street traffic.

It was very clean, housekeeping & hotel services were thoughful & excellent services; fresh towels, robes & amenities given daily although housekeeping cleaning is every 3rd day. Front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station. It’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

The room and bathroom were quite large compared to most Japanese hotel rooms, but empty of furniture. Nightstands would have been appreciated by each bed as there were none and maybe a sofa. There were only two chairs and a low table.

The view was unbeatable. Laundry service was inexpensive and convenient. Excellent location, very close to Shibuya station and right above a mall with many restaurants and stores.
The view!!! My daughter was super impressed and stoked about the Shibuya cross walk that we can see from the above! Also, the staff were all well trained, very polite, friendly and nice. It was absolutely pleasant experience.

The Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba is beautiful hotel and the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was huge with a king bed that looked like 2 queens with all the necessary things that you might need. Close to train to city.
