Great location on a quiet side street well served by transit and easily walkable to major tourist destinations and delicious restaurants where the customers spoke Italian. The bed was very comfortable and the deck was a nice escape for a rooftop spritz!

The Lobby. We made a reservation at this hotel because it was fairly close to the train station in Rome. Do not stay in this area if you want a decent hotel. Hotel Europe is not a 4 caliber star hotel.
Location of hotel is superb and staff is also very helping and Cooperative, just owner should employ few more staff.
We want our money back. It is not a 4-star place; you tell me what rating it deserves based on these facts: (1) The bathroom sink did not drain properly, it took 8 to 10 minutes to drain after use. It was disgusting after brushing our teeth or shaving.
