Room was very clean with most comfortable bed. Obviously had been very recently renovated as still had new carpet smell. Breakfast provided daily was quite adequate.
The pricepoint was good. It was under construction but it did not impact our stay at all. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant with us upon check-in and during breakfast.

This hotel is the best one in the Hamilton Area. Practically brand new and very clean. The underground parking was nice for the winter time.
The hotel was modern and renovated. It had a lot of extras in the room that were nice. They breakfast in the morning was amazing.

In theory this would be a great place for the price but our stay was a bit troubled. The apartment was very nice, beautiful bathroom, nicely decorated, pretty well stocked kitchen needs. Linens nice, beds FIRM. Lots of windows/light.

The staff warmly welcomed us and provided a safe, clean, well organized home for us to stay. They offered many breakfast and snack items for us to enjoy. The other guests were kind, friendly, and very interesting.

The hotel is well located.The room was clean, there was a microwave and 2 packs of coffee where offer for free. Really happy about the fact that they offer free parking and free wifi.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Upon checking in we were given helpful info re: their amenities, after-hours exit/entrance how to, etc. Requested late checkout which was happily granted by front desk staff.

it was inviting. the staff was excellent. the room and hotel was clean. it felt secure. we slept well. no complaints. the price was insane and while we didn't use the pool and other amenities, they were attractive, clean and available.
