The staff at this hotel was very accommodating. Also the location proximity to the Jackson hole square was ideal for us. Not to close to the noise of the square but easily walkable
We have stayed here before and loved the spaciousness of the bedrooms. You can¿t beat the location.
The woman at the front desk was fantastic to us the entire stay. Her help made our experience pleasurable and comfortable while staying Covid safe. Extra towels, coffees, paper plates and utensils she provided for us. I wish I would¿ve got her name

Access to a great restaurant in the hotel and the walkability of the location.
Large and roomy. Full kitchen was nice, as well as terrace. Great decor. Staff was especially helpful, as I left some things behind and had to come back a few days later for them.
Be wary. If anything happens to your trip, this hotel will do nothing to accommodate you.

The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. They let me do a load of laundry which was so necessary. They also provided information about good restaurants and the best sights to see. Their breakfasts were like a B&B and so delicious! Thank you!
The two ladies who met us when we arrived acted like we were their long lost best friends. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were highly impressed with them, and the facility. We even got to meet the owner, who is also fantasti

Great hotel with a very attentive staff. Not right on the main drag in town but that makes it a great place for sleeping. A little pricey but worth it for the whole experience. Food at the hotel was the best we had the whole vacation, worth the price.
We loved everything about it! The rooms the decor the dining and the staff. The location was superb and our favorite thing was the roof deck with fire pits and the hot tub.

Top Tips
- Book your Jackson hotel 6 to 9 months ahead for peak summer (June-August) or winter (December-March) to avoid 30-50% rate increases from high demand. Check your hotel's cancellation policy before booking, as many major brands offer free cancellation until 24-72 hours before arrival.
- Expect a 2-4% resort tax and the Wyoming lodging tax added to your nightly rate in Jackson; some smaller properties may not display these in the initial quote. Review your final booking summary to confirm all taxes and required fees are included.
- Prioritize lodging in Jackson town for walkability to over 40 restaurants and shops within 0.5 miles; properties in Teton Village or along Moose-Wilson Road require a car or shuttle, with typical drive times of 15-25 minutes to town and transit costs of $15 to $30 per day. Most major hotels in downtown Jackson include or offer onsite parking for a modest daily fee.
- If you need to work remotely, confirm Wi-Fi speeds before booking, as older hotels may only offer 5-20 Mbps while newer or business-focused properties usually provide 50-100+ Mbps. Major chains like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt advertise premium high-speed internet, often complimentary for loyalty members.
- Wildlife such as moose and elk are commonly seen near hotels outside Jackson's center; always keep at least 25 yards away and never feed animals, as local regulations enforce this for safety. Ask hotel staff for current wildlife updates and advice on designated safe viewing areas.
- Carry a reusable water bottle, since Jackson's tap water is potable and high quality, and refill stations are available in many public areas and hotel lobbies. Loyalty program participants can check if their property offers complimentary reusable bottles.
- Public transportation is limited in Jackson Hole; the START Bus serves Teton Village ski resort, but most park and trailhead access requires a personal vehicle or shuttle service, with shuttle rates starting at $15 round trip. Some major hotel brands offer seasonal shuttle schedules, so confirm service availability and timing with your property.
- Events like the Fall Arts Festival or WY State Winter Fair can spike accommodation prices by 20-40%, so book much earlier for these periods. Check the Jackson events calendar and see if hotels offer event packages or minimum stay requirements.
- Select lodging with kitchenettes to manage food costs, as restaurant meals average $15 to $40 per person for breakfast or lunch and $40 to $80 for dinner. Brands like Residence Inn and Homewood Suites provide rooms with full kitchens; verify if grocery delivery is available through your hotel or local services.
- Many Jackson Hole properties, especially older lodges and motels in the town center, lack elevators—request a ground-floor room if you need step-free access. Newer hotels from major brands offer accessible rooms that meet ADA standards, so specify your needs and verify features like step-free entry or visual alarms before arrival.
