- Location is everything! Shops & Food all right outside hotels door. Appreciated how they have filtered water stations and free snacks on each floor. The car service to take you within a 2-mi radius is clutch. Housekeeping came daily for towel refresh.
- Staff members were so nice! Great location! Parking around hotel easy! Best Marriott hotel stay!!
Cons -
- The young unprofessional people at the front desk. We stayed 3 days, 4 women, 8 suitcases and spent more than ---- on lodging, coming in the hotel or going out of the hotel were we asked if they could help us with our luggage. Etc.?..
- Front desk assigned us an ADA accessible room upon check-in. That wasn't going to work for us so I went back and the woman fixed it right away. She said they gave us an upgraded room but the room type was the same except on floor 2....
- The hot tub closed at 9:00pm. Its too early
