I liked that the front desk guy had already checked reservations and had my room key ready. This hotel isn't fancy but its right off the main road. Its quiet. I've stayed here 2x now. Yes it has a rustic design but this is Wyoming!
Didn?t care for it.
Nothing. It was my fault for not reading reviews but it was last minute and we were fooled by the pictures.

The staff greated me every time I passed throught the lobby. I told one staff member I was goingto my father's funeral. The next day they remembered and asked how the services were.
Everything was good, best stay yet on my trip
The hotel looked new. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Most of the staff were great and personable.

Variety of breakfast items. Pool was open late and had adult swim time.
Everything! It is the cleanest hotel I¿ve ever stayed in! Pool and hot tub were amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The pool had adult swim hours

The hotel is authentic and retains much of the charm of a hotel built in the early 1900¿s. It¿s conveniently located on the main street through town and within walking distance to the Buffalo Bill Center Museums.
Location and character Prime rib buffet was ok but pricey.
The location was the best part.

Nice mattress and bed linens. Very clean . Excellent kind responsive staff.
The owner was very nice. We called ahead bc we were late checking in. The owner had the heater and lights on for us ready to go. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The teepee was an awesome experience I would definitely do it again!!
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! IT IS NOT A HOTEL. IT IS A ONE R WITH A BED. NO RESTROOMS OR SHOWERS. THEY HAVE  PORTABLE TOILETS. REQUESTED A REFUND AND TOLD "NO"  BECAUSE IT WAS AGAINST THEIR POLICY. ---  IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR A ROOM WITHOUT A BATHROOM

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room
There's a (small) pool on-site. Not much else on the positive side. If character limits didn't prevent it, I'd have much more to say on the negative side. Run from this place!!!
Getting a relatively last minute room reservation in the near/close proximity to Yellowstone National Park. Room was very clean, hotel desk help was very friendly and informative.

Clean and excellent breakfast
the hotel attempted to make their guests happy. the beds were clean. The sheets were very clean.
Front desk was very helpful and pleasant which is hard to find these days. You could tell right away that it was independently owned because of the care of this hotel. Very well maintained. Breakfast was great!!

Good location, quiet and the staff were accommodating.
The only positive was that the front desk woman. Told us if we paid cash she wouldn¿t tax us.
This hotel is unique. It didn¿t look like much at first; but, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, the heated pool was open 24/7 and there was even a mini horse you could take rides with, if desired.

The room was big and spacious. The place is family run and alot of care is put into it. There are small details like all the switches being labeled that are very nice. The people are really friendly.
The room was very nicely furnished and clean. Very thoughtful decorated. Would stay here again.
Room large and clean Near to the small city center

Comfortable beds, immediate hot water, clean, sliding door facing the river so we could hear it all night.
The excitement behind going somewhere with all the amenities and being in beautiful Wyoming! Too bad it was all closed everyday we were there over the Fourth of July.
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location was the absolute bomb. Definitely will be back

the front desk lady was really nice and helpful
A cluster of long hairs left on wall in tub. And a long hair in a clean folded towel (not mine) a snack nut on floor along edge of bed
Location was great for our family, near a lake and beautiful view of mountains. Not walking distance to food/shopping but that made it a quieter place to stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast had nice selections lots of room/tables to eat. Price was right

Staff was great
All the staff I crossed paths with were super friendly! I was very impressed with the quality / cleanliness of this hotel for the price I paid. I travel frequently with my dog, and this had one of the cleanest and best laid out pet areas I have seen.
Morning staff was so nice and the owner or property manager has gone above and beyond on the pet area and trail.

It was a wonderful stay as always. Hotel employee is my absolute favorite!
The location is perfect if you plan to visit the park (3 minutes walk) and hot spring pools, But this hotel has its hot spring pool(Fresh water- excellent ),I didn¿t have to pay $15.50 per person to use the pools in the park.
Loved the hot springs outdoor spa. The hotel is dated but the history is awesome and the staff are pleasant. The room was ok, bed good, carpet and bathroom needs updated. For the price, you can¿t beat it.

Charming, classy hotel
The rooms are incredible! Furnished so quaintly and basically, small apartments. We absolutely loved the "period" feel of our room! We had everything we neede while we were there!
Absolutely outstanding! I think Zane Grey or Paladin was in the next room!

Small family owned, excellent service. Very quiet and clean. Home made banana bread for breakfast. Great place to stay.
It is a small (not a national chain) motel but nicely kept up. It was a pleasant surprise how nice the room was. Owners are very nice. We felt safe and comfortable.
Above the cleanliness, the more than helpful staff. This would be a great place to train new motel operators.
