We loved the charm this old hotel had. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting to be staying in an old hotel lol. I'm so used to staying in more updated hotels that it threw us off a little. Once we got used to it, there wasn't a problem at all.
Charming, classy hotel
The rooms are incredible! Furnished so quaintly and basically, small apartments. We absolutely loved the "period" feel of our room! We had everything we neede while we were there!

Very clean room and nice A/C.
I liked that the front desk guy had already checked reservations and had my room key ready. This hotel isn't fancy but its right off the main road. Its quiet. I've stayed here 2x now. Yes it has a rustic design but this is Wyoming!
Didn?t care for it.

cool iconic hotel
The hotel is authentic and retains much of the charm of a hotel built in the early 1900¿s. It¿s conveniently located on the main street through town and within walking distance to the Buffalo Bill Center Museums.
Location and character Prime rib buffet was ok but pricey.

The staff greated me every time I passed throught the lobby. I told one staff member I was goingto my father's funeral. The next day they remembered and asked how the services were.

Staff was great
All the staff I crossed paths with were super friendly! I was very impressed with the quality / cleanliness of this hotel for the price I paid. I travel frequently with my dog, and this had one of the cleanest and best laid out pet areas I have seen.
Morning staff was so nice and the owner or property manager has gone above and beyond on the pet area and trail.

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Very spacious room! Would work well for 1 day or longer. In Cody most non-chain hotels only have coffee / tea service. This location has snacks and a gift shop available . Visit the BB museum!! World class!!

The excitement behind going somewhere with all the amenities and being in beautiful Wyoming! Too bad it was all closed everyday we were there over the Fourth of July.

Staff very nice
Best quality of hotel was block wall between rooms blocking sound from adjacent rooms; located close to places we visited for family reunion; pet-friendly, owners friendly & they allowed us to check out an hr late to visit family before they left town.

They had free cookies and ice cream. The kids loved that. Then after breakfast they gave them each bubbles and a coloring book. They just really went over the top to make sure their customers were happy.
It was convenient to a project I was working on, and it's an old-style, drive-up-to-the-room, style motel.
Keep doing a good job!

This hotel definitely lived up to its expectations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The staff was very accommodating to us. We drove nonstop from MN and got in earlier than expected and they let us check in early. Everyone was very friendly. Waffle maker for breakfast, including a chocolate waffle mix, was really good!
Clean, staff friendly, although not a lot of interaction with staff. Room was comfortable. They kindly granted my request of a 1st floor room, and check in/check out went quickly. Breakfast and pool, along with wifi all provided. Will stay again.

It was a wonderful stay as always. Hotel employee is my absolute favorite!
The location is perfect if you plan to visit the park (3 minutes walk) and hot spring pools, But this hotel has its hot spring pool(Fresh water- excellent ),I didn¿t have to pay $15.50 per person to use the pools in the park.
Loved the hot springs outdoor spa. The hotel is dated but the history is awesome and the staff are pleasant. The room was ok, bed good, carpet and bathroom needs updated. For the price, you can¿t beat it.

Top Tips
- Book Greybull hotels 2-8 weeks before peak summer (June-August) or major events, including the county fair and hunting season, to secure availability and stable rates, as room numbers are limited. For flexibility, check for options with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival and compare loyalty program rates for extra savings.
- Cody Yellowstone Regional Airport is 65-75 miles (1-1.5 hours drive) and Billings Logan International is 95-110 miles (1.5-2 hours drive) from Greybull. A rental car is essential. Plan for rural road conditions, including reduced lighting, winter weather, and local wildlife such as deer crossing at dusk. Confirm if your hotel offers airport shuttle options or parking discounts.
- Expect highway-style motels in Greybull with limited on-site dining and amenities. Check if your room has a refrigerator, microwave, and confirm breakfast hours, as most local restaurants close by 8-9 PM. If arriving late, ask about 24/7 front desk availability and consider local grocers or vending machines as backup.
- Internet speeds in rural Greybull may vary. If you need Wi-Fi over 25 Mbps for remote work or streaming, call the hotel to confirm speed or consider bringing a personal hotspot. Verify cellular coverage with major providers like Verizon or AT&T, and try the lobby or business center for stronger signal if available.
- Refuel and stock up on groceries in Greybull, as full-service stations and grocery stores are sparse outside town limits. The next comparable services are often 40-60 miles away along US-14 or US-310. Check store hours in advance and bring a payment card or cash, as some shops may not accept all cards.
- Confirm accessibility needs before arrival by calling the hotel to request an accessible or ground-floor room. Many motels have exterior-only entrances and lack elevators. Ask specifically about step-free entry, visual alarms, portable accessibility aids, and onsite accessible parking.
- Ask for a detailed breakdown of lodging taxes and fees before booking. Expect a 4% Wyoming state sales tax plus local lodging taxes and possible facility or resort fees. Small properties may set their own fee policies or offer waived fees for loyalty members.
- If traveling with pets, call ahead to confirm pet-friendly room types, whether the pet fee is $15 flat or $15 per night, and any non-refundable cleaning charge. Ask about exemption for service animals under federal regulations and check if the property provides amenities such as treats or pet relief areas.
