Always a flawless stay with amazing staff.
I did like the breakfast, cookies and drinks at the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice.
The staff! Hotel employee went above and beyond when I needed a charger: did not plan on staying overnight so did not pack anything. Girlfriend's birthday better when we could enjoy it later without the 1.5hr drive home! Also Mgr bday gift 4 her was awesome! TYVM

The pool hours
Staff checked on me PRIOR to my check out to ask if I needed extra towels or toiletries that I may have ran out of or forgotten. I thought I had woken up late, they told me to let them know if I needed help to my car? Love this! I WILL definitely return.

Price, and valet attendants were so helpful. Our teens left lights on in truck and in the morning the truck would not turn on and they jumped it and got us on our way. Thank you so much!

Location on the river. Walking distance to Spokane Arena. Ample parking.
There was a lot of likes. The location, restaurant or food available and close by, able to walk to the convention center using the centennial trail, the pool and hot tub was nice. Although it was as too cold to enjoy the court yard, it looked very nice.
This was my second time, good location to town but I knew not park in back last time my suv windows was broke out . So I parked in front this time so a plus, Liked the size the room but it was still dirty n not stocked .

really i thought it be something better from the 3 choices of the bundle. The location was not safe a lot of homeless people around and no security at least to mitigate the risks.

Top Tips
- To avoid 30-100% price increases and sold-out hotels during major Spokane events like Hoopfest (June), Bloomsday (May), or Gonzaga home games, book your hotel 30-90 or more days ahead. Major chains in Spokane recommend early online bookings; flexible cancellation rates can provide added peace of mind if your plans change.
- For easy access to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center, select a hotel in downtown Spokane (0.2-0.8 miles, 5-15 minutes on foot) or Browne's Addition (0.5-1.0 mile away). Most top downtown hotels offer accessible rooms and step-free public entrances; check availability during booking.
- Expect a 7-10 mile (12-20 minute) drive from Spokane International Airport (GEG) to downtown hotels. During peak times or event days, allow for extra travel time. Some hotels offer airport shuttle or have partner taxi and ride-share services; verify availability when you book.
- Downtown Spokane hotels usually charge for parking: self-parking is $15-$30 USD per night, valet $20-$40 USD. Accessible spots are available in most hotel lots. Confirm parking and EV charger availability before arrival to avoid surprises.
- For quieter, better-lit streets and improved safety during late-night walks, choose hotels west of Monroe, near Riverfront Park, or north along I-90. Most major hotels in these areas have 24-hour front desk security and recommend using main pedestrian routes at night.
- To reduce night noise from nearby freight and Amtrak lines, request a river-facing room or one on the 4th floor or higher. Accessible rooms are typically available on upper floors of major downtown hotels; confirm when reserving if needed.
- From November to March, sidewalks may be icy and temperatures can dip to 20°F (-7°C) in January. Allow 15-30 extra minutes for winter travel, and ask if your hotel offers snow-shuttle service or provides weather updates. Major hotels usually maintain snow-cleared entrances.
- Level 3 EV chargers are limited at downtown Spokane hotels, but public fast charging is offered near River Park Square and some municipal lots. Ask the hotel front desk for a map of local charging stations or about accessible parking near on-site chargers if required.
- In historic Spokane hotels like the Davenport, request 'renovated' or 'business' rooms for modern amenities, as some rooms have smaller bathrooms or fewer outlets due to historic design. Check ahead for accessible room or visual alarm availability, and ask about guest tours to explore Spokane's history.
