My wife has a very early flight to take the next morning, and the staff told us they would have some breakfast items out for her before she left. She left at 4am and sure enough, apart from the cooked items everything else was there! Staff was superb.

Two hour wait after check in to get room. Paid for handicap access room, but took regular room because of the wait to clean the room and the fact that we drove 4.5 hour to get to the hotel and had to wait another 2 hours in our car. Frustrating!

Hotel staff was superb. A restaurant was literally right out the back door. Plenty of bike and trailer parking for the Sturgis Rally nearby. Staff even provided space for washing bikes and INCLUDED towels, soap, buckets, etc so you could clean up.

After traveling for many days and using multiple hotels, we were shocked to find our beds made & the bathroom tidied. No other hotel provided this service. The maid tip was worth their service. There was a wonderful $2 trolley service for this area.

There were several things I liked best, so I cannot pick just one. Staff had cleaned our room. There was a card with his name. Our room was spotless. I know cause I work in a hospital, so I wiped everything down with disinfecting wipes.
