The pool options were awesome. Usually you go to a hotel and try to get in the pool to only see that the pool is extremely small and packed. I love that there is something for everyone in the family of all ages to get into.

The beds are so comfortable
Location is good and the bed was comfortable. I liked the full shower instead of a bathtub/shower combo.

One of the two beds was comfortable. I have a bad back and hips. One of the beds I laid on was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. I didn?t expect that for a new and or Hilton property.

How clean my room was. I used lysol wipes to reclean everything and the only issue I found was the microwave was dusty and the dresser drawers had not been wiped out,Other than that, in this day and time it was unbelievable how clean it was.

Clean, spacious, value, friendly staff
Very clean hotel, great location, but when you allow dogs you have to be aware of poop that can be left by unresponsible owners, something I experienced along one of the light poles, otherwise the stay was very nice.
The room was spacious; it was comfortable and had a living area and a kitchen. It also had a full workout area and a pool. it is perfect for both a short or long stay.

Unique style built from tobacco building. Free use of YMCA across the street.
They have a few nice bikes you can borrow to explore the city and F&M. The hotel is in great location. Downtown Lancaster is a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes to F&M and near the baseball park.
The staff was the most accommodating I have ever encountered. The free continental breakfast, was quite a spread; with an automatic pancake unit to boot! Hospitality always checking your comfort level. Prime location, situated near the historic center.

Top Tips
- Book 4-12 weeks ahead for October weekends and special rail or heritage events in Lancaster to avoid 20-50% weekend price increases. Chains participating in local events may fill quickly, so confirm your reservation early if traveling during these dates.
- Renting a car is the most efficient way to explore Amish Country, as public transit is limited. Driving from downtown Lancaster to Intercourse is about 12 miles (20-25 minutes), and to Strasburg is approximately 8-10 miles (15-20 minutes). Confirm hotel parking availability in advance.
- Step-free access is not always available in boutique B&Bs or historic hotels due to 18th-19th century architecture. Request an accessible or ground-floor room when booking, and verify ADA features such as ramps or visual alarms for your stay.
- Paid parking is common at downtown Lancaster hotels and city garages; nightly rates are typically around $15 but may vary. Check hotel websites for the latest parking fees, as some chain hotels offer discounts or validation for guests.
- Hotels near Penn Square in downtown Lancaster are within a 0.2-0.8 mile walk of the Amtrak station, theaters, and restaurants. Enjoy walking access to cultural venues, and check venue schedules in advance if you plan to attend specific events.
- Plan arrivals via Harrisburg (MDT, 30-45 minute drive) or Philadelphia (PHL, 75-90 minute drive), as Lancaster Airport (LNS) offers limited regional service. Ask your hotel about airport shuttle options if you need transport on arrival.
- Tap water in Lancaster city and county is safe to drink. For guests with allergies or chemical sensitivities, request fragrance-free or hypoallergenic room supplies in advance at your hotel or B&B.
- Hotels along US-30 or Route 222 often offer lower rates and free parking compared to downtown options. Expect a 10-20 minute drive to central Lancaster attractions, and check if your hotel provides a shuttle or partner discounts for local rides.
