No housekeeping. Beds in 2 rooms we were shown had obviously been slept in and not changed. Refund requested but counter person was 'not authorized to make it'. Manager is stonewalling and from the looks of things may not be able to.

The smell was so bad in my room that it woke me up in the middle of the night. I was not expecting much, and the room would have been fine without the smell. People had obviously been smoking in the room.

I don?t know if the rooms were over booked or there was an issue with the cleaning schedule due to major football game in the area. When I arrived 2 hours after check in time i was told the room would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Didn?t check in till12:30am
