SHOCKED THAT THERE ARE STAIRS “AFTER” YOU GET OFF THE ELEVATOR WHICH MAKES THE HOTEL LUGGAGE CARRIER USELESS (I have. Pictures), THE HOTEL CHARGES WERE MORE THAN I RECALL, & THE BEST THING WAS THE WAFFLE HOUSE RESTAURANT 1/2 MILE AWAY.

I want a reimbursement. My son and I did not stay not one night at this hotel. There were coach roaches at this place. Carpets and floors were wet. It had a musty smell. That when I walked through it my lungs tighten up.

I didn?t like anything! Unfortunately my kid needed to be with her team mates, the staff hung up on me 3 times because I asked about getting help! The room toilet didn?t work. Staff asked me to to turn the water gage on! Dead flies in corners of room.

Usually very quiet, I get the 3rd (top) floor. Across the street street us a good bar, friendly people/bartenders, good food, TVs, pretty cheap beer/drinks, jukebox, etc. Also, very easy to get a Lyft/Uber and go to the casino close by!

The rooms were clean. The TV was good size. Overall good stay.
Inside the room appeared to be updated recently, however, there was some wall cover pealing from the wall in the area of the rolling luggage stand. Restroom and room in general, appeared to be tidy.
The staff is top notch. They were extremely friendly and outgoing. We were invited to eat at the Bistro at 5pm. The room was very clean, had a large walk in shower and a fantastic tv. Upgraded to balcony. Will return.

The hot tub was a huge plus with the pool! My son was in heaven! Very clean. The room was spacious and lovely.

The people and the service
Was supposed to be a relaxing stay for my husband and I-Hopefully get my money refunded- not good (didnt even get to stay there) other hotel was not as nice at all.
The beds were very comfortable. I also liked when I had to go back to the desk twice because my key card wasn¿t working that the front desk person sent a maintenance person to meet me so I didn¿t have to keep going back and forth.
