The front desk staff was very friendly, and they did offer a cute little breakfast bar in the morning. Nothing fancy but the coffee was good. I loved that the dog fee wasn't excessive either. Its an easy drive to a lot of places, at a fair price.

I liked the location of this hotel. It's in the middle of Reno, and the best part is that the area is calm. There's a public market within walking distance, and many malls are within a 2-mile radius. This is my second stay, and it wouldn't be my last.

Room was with full of cigarette odors and dust throughout, I left immediately and booked new hotel. They don't want to refund. I provided video evidences as well.

Nice modern hotel. Although I did go to the front desk 3x and talked to the hotel staff about the noise level above my room it was like a herd of elephants above me they kept dropping chairs running interrupting my peace. It was beyond rude.
