Very clean hotel rooms.
It is close to many amenities including airport. But it just didn't feel clean or homey. Very cold atmosphere. No one was ever at the desk. We got the kitchenette room and there was no silverware, no plates, no cups, no dish soap. Empty cabinets.

Top Tips
- Expect a 12-18 minute drive between Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester during light traffic. Allow 25-45 minutes at peak commute times or during snow operations. Taxis, rideshare services, and hotel shuttles are available; confirm accessible transportation options and estimated wait times if needed.
- Hotels on Elm Street or in the Millyard/Canal District place you within a 5-12 minute walk of SNHU Bank Arena, multiple restaurants, and the Currier Museum. If you require step-free access, confirm accessible walking routes in advance, as sidewalks and building entry points may vary. Many hotels lend umbrellas or offer courtesy shuttles during inclement weather.
- For arena concerts, major sports, or college commencement weekends, reserve your room 30-60 days in advance. Hotels nearby often show 'sold out' status the week of these events. Consider joining hotel loyalty programs for early access rates or check cancellation terms and alternative lodging options if availability is limited.
- New Hampshire has no statewide general sales tax, but hotel bills include room/meals or local lodging taxes. Local occupancy taxes or resort fees may also apply, especially at larger or branded hotels. Review the full tax and fee details on your booking confirmation or invoice prior to payment.
- Many downtown Manchester hotels do not guarantee free long-term parking. Municipal garages and metered curb parking serve most core districts. Some hotels offer discounted parking validation at nearby municipal garages; check the hotel's parking policy and ask at the front desk for overflow or alternative options on arrival.
- From November to March, snow operations can add 20-45 minutes to travel times and may impact hotel shuttle schedules. Many hotels supply salt or mats at entrances for guest safety, and snow removal is typically prompt downtown. Check for weather-related service updates via hotel apps or email notifications and bring traction footwear for short walks.
- Historic mill conversions in the Millyard may have elevator or step-free access limitations for certain room types. Request an accessible room and confirm features like roll-in showers, elevator access, visual alarms, accessible parking, or assistive listening devices when booking. Contact the hotel directly to verify your required accommodations.
