Just the customer service I received from Sarah the first day the lady was terrible I had to wait n my car for over a hr for that the agency I had to book with had to call in even when i had the confirmation number but the next day hotel employee was there

While everything about this hotel was great, the staff in particular were excellent. My daughter left a number of items in our room and we returned after checkout. The hotel staff went back multiple times to their housekeeping room and found everything.

OMG not only were the fixtures broken the floor was filthy in the cracks. when showing the management the poor conditions he stated: "you slept in it" after having checked in at 1:30 that day during check out at 11:00 AM.

My family definitely enjoyed the breakfast! Some hotels offer similar options, but this one definitely beats any other we’ve been too & were frequent travelers! The pool was enjoyable, we also enjoyed the peaceful setting, quiet and relaxing weekend!

Hotel employee was really nice at check in. She made sure I was aware of the pool and free breakfast. I was given a handicap room which was not a problem because it was so close to the pool. That part made my wife very happy. The pool was very enjoyable.
