Free breakfast, a laundry room for those wishing to do their own laundry. The gym is apparently open 24/7 but I wasn't able to get in at night with my key card. The hotel bar/restaurant has delicious food. Every hotel staff member was pleasant and nice.

great location on Baltimore Inner Harbor, but huge construction project across the street makes it noisy and dirty and has construction workers looking directly into our windows so had to keep blinds drawn. Staff was amazing I must say.

The fact that check in was smooth and the room while tired should be more a 2 star rather than the 5 star it currently is listed. The shower was however very good and hot but the shower wall could be finished off.

The interior and exterior design, fabulous linens but most of all the fact the staff addressed me by name. Also when I Bell Captain knew I was calling uber he offered a courtesy ride in a limo to Hopkins Hospital.
