The professionalism displayed by all of the employees at the Lord Baltimore hotel. Especially, China and James bar tending on the weekend of April 24-26. They really made you feel welcomed and took care of your needs. I will be returning in October.

The location to Little Italy, Fells Point & Harbor East was perfect…parked the SUV & didn’t need it until check out!!! The Valet was awesome & so we’re the front desk staff, etc…

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect that we didn't have to drive anywhere, the harbor was a 10 min walk and the CFG Bank Arena was about 5-8 min walk with tons of food options nearby.

Free breakfast, a laundry room for those wishing to do their own laundry. The gym is apparently open 24/7 but I wasn't able to get in at night with my key card. The hotel bar/restaurant has delicious food. Every hotel staff member was pleasant and nice.
