Nice hotel. Clean. Great beds.
It was fine for what I needed: a clean, comfortable place to stay for 1 night while I was on the way from point A to point B. It was not what I'd call a destination resort, but it was well maintained. Good restaurant in the lobby.
The staff was kind and helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful with the free Valet parking. Twas only a minute or two to wait for your car to be delivered to the front door of the hotel. The unfortunate thing was that Valet parking was a NECESSITY because there was zero onsite parking
It had everything I needed for one night of good sleep. The pool was a really nice feature.

Top Tips
- Book stays 6 to 12 weeks before weekend Tanglewood concerts or Jacob’s Pillow festival days to avoid sharp rate increases. Enroll in your hotel’s loyalty program for member-only rates during peak festival weekends.
- Choose hotels off Route 20 or I-90 for a 1- to 5-minute drive to Lee Premium Outlets, or downtown Lee for a 5- to 10-minute walk to restaurants. Check if your hotel offers shuttle service to the outlets or dining discounts at nearby restaurants.
- Confirm free onsite parking at chain hotels near Lee and Route 20. Downtown B&Bs often have a limited number of spaces per guestroom.
- Request a ground-floor or accessible room and confirm step-free access when booking historic inns, as many 19th-century properties lack elevators. Major hotel chains typically offer ADA-compliant rooms.
- Prefer national-branded hotels (IHG, Hilton, Choice) for more reliable business Wi-Fi and wired internet options. Explore on-site business centers if you need printing or a workspace during your stay.
- Plan midweek stays (Tuesday to Thursday) to find lower demand and improved room availability near Lee Premium Outlets. This helps you avoid weekend and holiday shopping peaks.
- Prepare for cooler shoulder-season evenings in the Berkshires by packing a warm layer and asking your property about individual thermostat control. Some hotels may provide loaner blankets or heaters upon request at the front desk.
- Confirm explicit check-in windows and late-arrival instructions with small properties, such as B&Bs and inns, to avoid being locked out due to limited front-desk hours. After-hours check-in may involve a secure lockbox or digital key code, so verify instructions before arrival.
