The room was a nice room. But the maid service wasn¿t done when they promised. The night staff had their gaming cards all over the back counter and when we approached him with a problem he responded with a few towels and a complimentary item.

Pool/Hot tub open 24hrs, the front desk clerk moved a luggage cart to the back door while I was moving my car- nice surprise.
Bed was comfortable and room looked clean but are clean dishes in the dishwasher a good thing -I expected so much more from this brand .
The suite is perfect space for a family trip! Comfortable and had great amenities. My kids loved the pool table the best. The hot tub was wayyyyyy too hot and I did notify the desk. Our room was not ready at check in but they made sure it was clean.

It is a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lady doing breakfast was extraordinary! Very concerned that we had everything we needed!
