This was a very nice hotel for our overnight stay. It was very clean, and the price was just right. I do not recommend getting a room near the exit doors on the 2nd floor because every time someone goes in or out the door rattles your whole room.

The staff was great about ensuring that we had the correct booking after accidentally booking an incorrect room. They adjusted our accommodations with no issues.
What a pleasant surprise. This room qas large clean and comfy. Carpet nice and clean and large TV. Aircon that worked well too. Liked everything. Work desk , fridge, microwave. Had everything.

Beautiful quiet setting with many hiking and walking paths. Very nice outdoor areas with swim pool, tennis courts, golf course and pickleball courts all close by.
This is a true temple to the tree and we have stayed more than once with real pleasure. The Arbor Day Foundation, which owns the property, is impressive. The lobby, the view, the room, the lounge and the staff were all wonderful.

Lots of space! Clean. Quiet. Upon realizing 2 days later that I forgot something in my room, I called and hotel employee went above and beyond to check the room, the laundry carts, the lost and found, everywhere until he found it!! That is called service.
Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of TV channels. We got what we paid for. No big complaints.
Price. This was a basic budget hotel. Gonin with those expectations and you will be fine.

Quiet. Close to Lincoln, Nebraska. Easy Drive.it was sufficient to get a great nights sleep and a shower, unfortunately if you are a very early riser good luck finding anything open. You have to wait a couple of hours to find nourishment!
