Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and very well lit. My daughter and I were both able to get our makeup and hair done at the same time.

Courteous, helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel is in a very Prime location. It's walking distance to the Tanger Outlet mall and also Texas Roadhouse amongst so many other restaurants and fast food places. The parking is free and just a normal open parking lot plenty of space to park. I also enjoyed the one bedroom king suite because it had an actual bedroom with the door so it had that privacy from the living room space and the bedroom and living room both had a TV in there with a sofa bed in the living space. I also enjoyed the walking shower and the kitchenette in the room. It added storage to put food and also the microwave was a nice bonus as well. The hotel itself has a little market area and a breakfast place where you can order breakfast and a pool. The room itself was clean and the hotel lobby smelled nice and fresh.
Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very nice. Great location. Easy to get and from the convention center.

Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for a short stay with the family. There are some extra charges like an amenity charge ($33 per room) which allows you access to some non alcoholic drinks as well $49 for overnight valet parking so worth bearing that in mind.

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to everything. Rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated. Rooms have a large beautiful window with a lot of natural light. The service was wonderful, friendly and quick to resolve anything needed. Also restaurant is delicious and has an amazing rooftop bar.

Great location. Many restaurants and attractions (shopping, squares, tours) are within walking distance. Car service is very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel and Hotel bar/restaurant staff are very attentive and make you feel at home. The unlimited complimentary champagne is also a nice touch. Rooftop bar and the view are great.

Place for drinks / sit down and have a drink . Coffee shop on property , great restaurant, rooftop restaurant/ bar , amazing boutique, and service and concierge help was amazing. Food was amazing! Allergy friendly ! Gluten-free friendly for me was great surprise.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient and walkable. I thoroughly enjoyed the garden patio for breakfast, etc. Very charming! The convenience of on site parking was a welcome addition.

Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for a short stay with the family. There are some extra charges like an amenity charge ($33 per room) which allows you access to some non alcoholic drinks as well $49 for overnight valet parking so worth bearing that in mind.

Car service is very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel and Hotel bar/restaurant staff are very attentive and make you feel at home. Great location. Many restaurants and attractions (shopping, squares, tours) are within walking distance. Car service is very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel and Hotel bar/restaurant staff are very attentive and make you feel at home. Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for a short stay with the family. There are some extra charges like an amenity charge ($33 per room) which allows you access to some non alcoholic drinks as well $49 for overnight valet parking so worth bearing that in mind.

Location was great. Hotel had concierge service daily and was very familiar with what was going on in the downtown area. Breakfast very nice with good variety. We would go back when visiting again. Parking was available across the street in a well maintained garage if you wished to self park. Rooms were well maintained with good selections on TV. Staff was courteous and attended to any requests we had.

Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for a short stay with the family. There are some extra charges like an amenity charge ($33 per room) which allows you access to some non alcoholic drinks as well $49 for overnight valet parking so worth bearing that in mind.
