Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. The views were beautiful
The rooms were very hollow sounding and you could easily hear everyone talking beside you and above you and definitely any walking a round was heard. Some of the stairways need to be repaired As a lot of them had broken boards or loose boards

It is a unique property; not just your average box hotel.
The hotel is very close to a very bad neighborhood. To get to the hotel, you must drive through it, and it's not an area you want to be in.

We were put in the subterranean room with a view of the parking lot. The room was tired and the numerous wooden steps needed repair. I had told them it was an anniversary night and they offered to sell me a bottle of champagne. Need some marketing help.

View.
When we first got there they said they would have to charge us extra for the room that we already booked online. I was tired and went ahead and paid it. After that they said that for $20 more we could get a window that overlooks the mountain. I went ahead

The 50 meter workout pool with the mountain views. Paddle boards and kayaks on the little lake with Cheynne Mountain to the side.
Initially we were placed in a floor on level one. The footsteps of the room directly above us were extremely audible. We changed rooms to an upper level floor and that was remedied.

The view from Lodge is gorgeous. Room nice size. Pool nice. Geared for families. Make your own S'Mores definitely a nice touch for kids. The large pool and fitness center, long with the beach and lake access, set it apart from other properties.
Decor very dated, though clean, spacious & well maintained. Colors dark & heavy. Bathroom lighting poor. Thin towels. Food WAY too expensive & not very good. Breakfast buffet a joke. Like Holiday Inn free breakfast - same food but better setting.
