Apearance was terrible inside. They were renovating on several floors and mattresses were laying against the walls in the hallway the entire stay. Supplies were in the hallway and near the stairwell.

easy access, close to ASU for quick visits
Breakfast was lacking. There is a nice room where some hot food could be set up, but it is unused. But.... at least it was something

Staff very friendly, helpful.
Hotel is in need of renovation. Bed was lumpy. Carpeting needs replacing. There was no tv remote. Clerk had to search for one that would work.

No snack machines. Looked like they started construction but didn't finish. Breakfast was very bad. Not enough towels only one large one.

Check in staff were awesome. Made ya feel at home
Bathroom needed to be cleaned better, hairs in side of tub when I got in room. Breakfast lacking a lot!!

Went to check in -- computers couldn't get online with wi fi probelms. Once fixed, another couple without reservations checked in quicker than us with online reservations. AC LOUD and would not kick off - asked for maintenance, they did nothing.
