Extremely loud road noise. Staff should inform guests that on the side of the hotel near the turnpike that the noise is loud enough to make sleeping difficult. If you stay at this hotel insist on a room with an even number on the side away from highway.

location (near major road and close to major shopping center), hotel meeting expectations for the price paid.
Its starting to look a bit outdated, as far as the decor and equipment (elevators, doors, etc). Understandably this is not a 5-star type of hotel so these things are expected to a degree.

Breakfast was good. Check in was ok.
Room key didn't work on 2nd day of stay. No wash cloth or hand towels were left in the room. There was a note that after they dry they will bring them. Of course no one bothered with bringing them. Not the cleanest. Have stayed at much better Hampton in

Nothing. I was glad to leave.
Air conditioner did not work. Expected much more from Hampton Inn. Needs to be refurbished. Hallway dirty & outdated. Access panel in elevator broken. Breakfast sub-par. Top of oatmeal dry/crusty. Puddle of water blocking entrance to food area for 20 min.

Location.
I waited three hours until they take care of a a/c problems. It was very hot and It was sad because I was celebrating my 44th wedding anniversary. My wife was concern about the time that we will enyoing together with no A/C.
