Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Plaza Green Bay

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location
Room was old, beds old and sinky, paint coming off ceiling. Miold in bathroom. Bathroom had bugs (found in middle of night) we have stayed here before and it was nice. Unsure how it went downhill so fast. Pool was half closed. No hot tub or kid area.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
Very disappointed in the pool. We were two adults and the whole pool area was geared to children. I am disabled and need steps into a pool. The pool with the stairs was 3 feet deep and limited because of the water slide. Hot tub was not working.

The location was excellent.
This is an older hotel that could use some more updating. The elevator was out of order, the tub was very old, the heater was loud, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The free breakfast was really lacking compared to other hotels in this pric

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly
The elevator was in poor condition and the door would stick half open/half closed. The Big D lounge in the hotel advertised big breakfasts with omelets and skillets available. We wanted to buy them but only had a free continental breakfast instead.

They did get us an upgrade to a king size bed after getting two double beds initially.
Floors are dirty. Elevator feels like it was about to break at any moment. Breakfast was terrible. Very loud as people were in adjacent rooms and on the balcony drinking and partying until 2am.

The location of the hotel is the only thing it really has going for itself. Nothing else about this place was desirable. The fact that it allows semi-trucks to takeover the main parking, where families with kids would typically have access, is a bad sign.
- Literally no staff; waited at front desk for 8-9 minutes both to check in and attempt to buy a bottle of water - Rooms are in horrific shape and in need of severe upgrade - Breakfast = worse than gas station food - Security doors always propped open

Close to many restaurants, stores, etc. The pool had a water slide which was great for my daughter.
Breakfast was very poor (we didn't even eat it the second day). The rooms looked like someone tried to upgrade them, but the doors and walls had tons of chipped and bubbling paint and the shower surround was very rundown. Did not feel like a 3 star hotel.

Front desk guy was very nice.
Road noise was high but ear plugs helped. Free breakfast was not great, which is understandable since they are trying to sell breakfast.

Location
Room was dirty upon check in. There was crumbs on the ground and trash in the drawers. Overall hotel is dated and needs to be updated.
