The rooms were big, quiet and nicely decorated, staff were very nice and the Magnolia House restaurant was terrific. Loved the sky bridge over to the TBT restaurant/ bar. It was a great place to watch the sunset on the water.
The sheets on the bed were like sandpaper and the smoking environment was an unexpected surprise and not a good one! I did not think most hotels allowed smoking. My husband woke up all congested from it. As nice as the place was that was a deal breaker.

The staff was friendly and fixed issues as soon as there was a problem. Asked for recommendations for food and were helpful and choices were great.
There was dried blood on comforter, room service came to change and was on bottom sheet also. We sat in the very small casino for over an hour and did not have a waitress come to us at all for drinks. After complaining took another 30 mins to get service.

Location
Mildew and mold present in the bathroom. Walls dirty and the bed was very uncor. I have stayed in this hotel before and it’s very inconsistent. Sometime it’s an awesome room, sometimes it awful. I will think twice before booking again.

We stayed 2 nights and were impressed with the room from the moment we walked in. Bed was quiet comfy, and bathroom was very high end. The location was a rock the boulevard from the beach, and lots of eatery’s and shopping close by.
