the location was great
The control of the temperature doesn't work well in the room. They have a lot of things on the floor in the fifteen hallway during the stay. They don't have usb plug in the room.

Location is good clean and fast check in/out
Only issue was windows were very drafty and heat couldn't keep up... Seems to only be my room (438) because my sister's room next door was fine.

When we arrived after flight delays in the middle of the night...they had given away our PREPAID room!!! So we had to catch a taxi to another hotel and then move back the next day

The rooms were spacious and in a great location.
I wanted a king bed instead of a double the woman on staff looked thouroughly but, they were sold out. I was informed to check around check out time tomorrow. The next day the gent on staff rudely told me they were sold out. He never checked the computer

The hotel is well located, close to the train station and in a place close to bars and restaurants downtown. Room was clean and comfortable.
The room has a strange distribution that makes it feel much smaller than it is. For the price, I can't say I was super satisfied, although it's not bad.
