Hotel Guest Reviews of the Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bellman from Cuba was a very courteous, friendly, polite young man. Apologies for not remembering his name. He had a clean shaven head. Anyway, he should be considered for promotion.

I've stayed here many times over the years, however it had been sometime between visits this last time. I'd forgotten how great this place is. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the mountains in the Terrace wing. Love this hotel..

The upgrade room with the balcony overlooking the garden with the mountain view , the bedding
The $12 daily self parking fee, the increased cost of food at the cafe and restaurants plus the cost of items in the refrigerator

Nice, helpful staff.
Air conditioning didn't work well. Too spread out and it took a long time to get cart/shuttle service.

Beautiful, historic place. This is what you stay there for, not the comfort. The Dive in Movie was Disney, not classic to match the theme. Lots of families were there. Luckily they were all in the OTHER pool. Great gym, nice staff.
It smells like you are visiting an old relative. Rooms are tiny, A/C is not adequate. (again, old) We had a huge spiderweb across the windows, and bird poop everywhere.
