Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Harvest House Boulder

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location and price.
The elevators were broken and I was not told that I would have to carry my bags to the top floor. The hotel is in real need of remodeling, currently, it feels like a motel not a 3 star hotel.

Great location, there is a grocery store literally across the parking lot so that is super convenient too.
It's a little outdated, has an older feel to it.

It's location, easy to walk around. The entry way was nicely remodeled.
Rooms very old and warm out, tiny bathroom, tiny shower. Towels were old, gray and had holes in them. Both pools were closed, obviously for a long time (we were there in the summer, so no excuse).

If I could rate this with a negative rating I would. There is no way this is a three star hotel. Not only was the elevator dirty and disgusting, the floors in the hallways were also dirty and worn, the room was also old and in desparate need for renewal.
Not only was the hotel very poorly maintained, but the housekeeping never showed up and even though we asked for housekeeping, it never arrived and we went to the front desk to get some towels and never had the room cleaned.

Nothing
Everything. The most inattentive place I've ever stayed at and this is the second time I stayed there so I'm absolutely sure it's their norm.

Good location.
The hotel was very run down and dated. Probably a nice place in the 1970s.

Quiet and the front desk associate was helpful.
It is a bit run down. We were on the fourth floor and the hallway had stains all over it, the walls had cracks in it, the elevator was a bit scary to take.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it's located near the places we wanted to visit.
No free breakfast. Bathroom needs renovating -- rust spots, missing tiles. Laid out in a semicircle with endless hallways. I would not have felt safe if I were staying there alone.
