The staff was very friendly and accommodating once we arrived unlike two of my telephone calls directly to this hotel. I made this choice because the event we were attending used St. Regis as the host hotel.
I didn't expect that this was an "older" hotel but obviously well kept.

There's no way this hotel should be a four star there was no hot water the carpet had puke on it . The for Micah was chipped a piece the size of a softball was missing ! the staff was rude a manager never called me back as I have Asked !would you likpic

Staff was friendly, and it was located close to downtown
This didn't meet the expectations for the star rating. it is an old hotel needing to be re-modeled. the bathtub/shower has a nice dark film on the bottom of the tub. the shower plumbing is poorly connected, and there is a musty old smell throughout.

Excellent location for our event.
My traveling partner and I both got the same skin rash, which we think was from the sheets, judging by its location. The bathroom fan was covered in mold. Also we were not told parking in their lot would cost $20 when we parked there, but had to pay!
