Nothing.
Hotel is run down and overpriced. Burned out lights, worn out linens, threadbare carpet, a.c. not functioning correctly, issues with hot water. Valet parking at excessive fee with no self parking. Staff was generally unpleasant. 2.5 stars at best

- Unable to control temperature in room - When I asked for a bottle of water at checkout, I was told there was a vending machine... Really?! You cannot give your guest a cheap bottle of water? - The location is not downtown, it's not even midtown!!!

The view and customer service. My family lives in the area, so it was nice to be in the city at a historic hotel, but the quality of the establishment was subpar. I would have fared better to stay in the suburbs and commute into the city. Room 621 heat
I did not have adequate heat in my room and the hot water only ever reached lukewarm- room 621. I requested my receipt via email 3x, still haven't gotten it.

It was clean, easy to access and the room was clean and comfortable.
It was loud. The windows did not block outside sound. There was a concert nearby that went until after midnight and I felt like I was right there.

This hotel was very clean on the inside and out. The staff was very nice and professional especially the front desk clerk, the really treated me like I was VIP. Thanks. I only stayed one night, but it was worth it.
The only issue I can say that was nit the hotel's fault, was the construction going on all around the hotel. That made it kind of hard to get around traffic.
