The hotel was in a relatively good location, and we had excellent views from the 30th floor.
By no means should this hotel have a “JW Marriott” flag. The lobby was dated, and the elevator renovation was poorly executed. This dated motif makes its way into the hallways and hotel rooms. Either the hotel should be renovated or made a ââ

I like the location of the hotel.
The hotel did not give me the room I asked for because they apparently chooses who gets what instead of giving the paid customer what they asked for.The hotel caters to the Preferred and Gold members so if your not one of them then the hotel does not care

Location
Room was reserved for few months paid in full with a request for 2 beds. Was told at check in only room available was 1 king bed and no other room was available. Find it hard to believe only 1 room was available at that time.
