Not enough elevators; a lot of these newer hotels are built like this with profit in mind, very tall buildings with lots of rooms on each floor and not enough elevators to service all guests. That results in frequent bottlenecks and long waiting times.

The front desk representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they are well trained and there are very specific expectations of them. It's what you expect at a hotel like Hilton but is not always delivered.
There wasn't an option to check out on your TV like many locations nor was an invoice delivered to my room the morning of check out. It's not a big deal but it's something that seems standard nowadays.

One gentleman at the service desk was great!!!!
I did not like anything about this hotel! The room was dirty and the parking was ridiculous for so called handicapped parking that they were going to charge, but they did waive the 43.00 parking bill! And the location was bad!

The location is good and I had stayed there 6 or 7 years. At that time, I had had a great experience there.
Queen size beds were actually Queen headboards with full size mattresses attached. 2 pillows were provided for each bed only(typically there are more available). Toilet handle had to be held down to flush. There is no valet. Room is outdated.
