Wi-Fi was an extra charge. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Parking was $71 per night at the hotel. Less than 1/2 block was parking for half the price. There was nothing special about this hotel.

It had a great location and view from the room after I paid an extra $50 a night. The employees were helpful and fantastic.
This hotel was advertised as a 4.5 star. I would have rated it as a solid 3 star. Although clean, it was run down. Furniture and wallpaper were peeling in our room. I was trying to book something high-end for my wedding anniversary, this was not the best.

Location: It was close to attractions we wanted: theater, Navy Pier, shopping area, theater. We walked everywhere.
Extra amenities were not included that are included in other hotels we stay: Internet, coffee in lobby, there was water in lobby but was empty every time I looked but at checkin.

The staff was friendly with check in, cleaning staff, and checking out.
It was old, water damage in the bathroom, tv cable was rickety and needed to be jiggled, beds were super lumpy, and the AC didn't really feel like it went below a certain temp. It was my birthday trip so I didn't have higher expectations.

The hotel was very nice. Not sure if I would give it 4 stars. The desk staff and concierge were very helpful in suggesting good restaurants that were close. We were able to walk to restaurants, Navy Pier and the theatre to see Hamilton from the Fairmont

Everything was great
The parking was not ideal. Valet was very expensive and the alternative was not much better. I will definitely take the train in next time. The hotel itself was fantastic
