Nice bathrooms, great views and location.
TV missing some main channels, could not watch football games I really wanted to. Key cards didn't work several times, meaning I had to go all the way back down to lobby to get them reinitiated several times.

The location is great. Check in is easy. Getting a taxi or picking people up or dropping off is very easy in the turnaround. Elevators are fast. Views are great! Separate tub and shower. Comfortable beds.
Nice hotel but did not meet star rating. Bed bolsters are torn up and look ratty. No basic Fox, CBS or NBC. Yeah, see the city instead but just wanted to watch college football playoffs and relax after a long day.

No wifi. No complimentary coffee or breakfast in lobby. Restaurant wasn't nice. Very overpriced. Rooms were very out of date. TV didn't work propoerlly. Room service was terrible and very expensive.

It was right next to Millennium Park and had a view of the lake which was great!
The bed was falling apart. The frame and headboard appeared to be faux leather and it was peeling and looked really cheap. Also the parking was CRAZY! $71 per night which is unreal! I would never stay here again.
